Disadvantages:
High power dissipation.

3. Zigbee lamps

Advantage
Low power dissipation, self-organizing network, simple configuration, can support multiple lights.

Disadvantages:
Need additional gateway to use, it will increase the cost.

4. 315/433 lamp

Advantages:

Simple functions, is the main form of traditional intelligent lighting.

Use the remote control, easy for elder and children to use.

Disadvantages:

If want to use smart phone to control, need a smart gateway. If without smart gateway, just remote control, and the function is real simple.
